1. Important Contact Numbers

By calling the toll-free numbers, you can ask questions relating to the purchase of a policy, its renewal, the filing of a claim, or service issues. When you give your policy number, the staff attending your call will be automatically allocated to the appropriate department. If the hotlines are full, try the switchboard at 011-3320 8485. You may also drop by the headquarters at Block-4, Plate-A, NBCC Office Complex, Kidwai Nagar East, New Delhi – 110023, if you need help with the situation.

Speak to a Real Executive

After calling, follow the IVR instructions:

  • Press 1 for motor policy support

  • Press 3 for any other assistance

In most cases, callers are on hold for less than two minutes during office hours. Three languages, English, Hindi, and other local dialects, are supported by the system. If you have a health-related query, the best way to reach the medical claims team is to call 011-2434 8305, as it will save you time on the long internal transfers.
